Garlic Bacon Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
  

For the chicken marinade:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning I used a Tuscan blend, anything would be good though
  • 3-4 chicken breasts

For the topping :

  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1 head Romaine shredded
  • 6 pieces bacon cooked and crumbled
  • Gulden’s Honey Mustard
  • Tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Let the chicken marinade for an hour or so. Grill or roast. Slice.
    Baked seasoned chicken breasts on cooling rack.
  • Assemble your ingredients.
    Sliced grilled chicken bacon lettuce and tomato on wooden cutting board.
  • Slather your tortilla with honey mustard. The cafe used mayonnaise also, but, well, you know how I feel about mayo.
    Cream cheese and caramel drizzle on a soft tortilla for a delicious dessert treat.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and you are ready to eat. If you have a normal size tortilla, wrap it up. How hard was that?
