Ingredients
  

  • 2 cube steaks
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season the cube steaks on each side with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
    Seasoned raw beef steak on parchment paper for cooking or grilling.
  • Beat the egg in a bowl. Place flour and breadcrumbs in two separate bowls.
  • Coat the beef with the flour, then dip it in the beaten egg, then into the breadcrumbs.
    Seasoned meat ready for baking, covered in flour in a baking dish.
  • Heat the oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat, then add the breaded cube steaks.
  • Fry the cube steaks for 3 minutes on each side. Transfer the cooked steaks to kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
  • Serve the cube steaks with lemon wedges and garnish with some fresh parsley.
