Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup basil pesto
  • 1 large focaccia bread sliced horizontally
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers sliced
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Instructions
 

  • Spread basil pesto evenly on both cut sides of the focaccia bread.

  • On the bottom half of the bread, layer the mozzarella slices, followed by prosciutto, roasted red peppers, and arugula.

  • Place the top half of the focaccia on the sandwich. Press gently to adhere the ingredients together.
