Instructions
Mix together soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
Put the salmon in a baking dish (make sure that it is safe for the broiler) and pour the marinade over. Let sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
Preheat the broiler, and cook the salmon for 6 to 8 minutes. If you like yours more on the medium side, check it at about 4 minutes.
