Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen spinach defrosted and chopped
  • 1/2 can artichoke hearts drained and halved
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan grated
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella grated
  • 2 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium skillet, melt the butter and add the sliced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
