Ingredients
  

  • Butter for greasing the pan
  • 8 large croissants torn into pieces
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • Fresh chives chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch inch baking dish with butter.

  • Spread the torn croissant pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.
