- 2 cans refried beans
- 1 small can chopped green chiles
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup beer
- 1 small brick Velvetta cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Add refried beans, chiles, salsa, oregano, cumin, and garlic powder to the insert of a crock pot. Mix until smooth.
Add beer and cheese. Mix again.
Cook for 2 hours on low.
Add cilantro and stir until combined.
Serve over the top of your tortilla chips, or on the side.
