Ingredients
  

  • 10 ounces baby spinach
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan grated
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Steam the spinach until it is wilted. Allow to cool and squeeze out as much water as you can. Chop the spinach.
    Fresh spinach leaves in a skillet, ready for cooking or salad.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, chopped spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, half of the Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
    Creamy spinach and artichoke dip in a glass bowl, ready to serve or bake. Perfect for parties and gatherings.
  • Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish, then sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan. Pop it into the oven, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the top is bubbling and browned.
