Ingredients
  

  • 5 medium russet potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Fill a large pot with water and add a pinch of salt. Place the potato chunks into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
