Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup walnuts toasted
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, toss together the mixed salad greens, dried cranberries, crumbled feta cheese, and toasted walnuts.
