Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro roughly chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the chopped cilantro, minced garlic, and finely chopped red onion.

  • Add the red wine vinegar, lime juice, salt, and red pepper flakes to the bowl and mix well.
