Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups grated zucchini blotted to remove excess moisture
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Chocolate frosting for decorating, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
