In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, honey, eggs, olive oil, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar until the mixture is well blended.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet, mixing just until combined.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing, approximately 1 hour.
