- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups sour cream
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup (1 can)
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 lb cooked chicken shredded
- 2 cups crispy fried onions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Mix well.
Fold in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and hashbrowns until the mixture is uniform.
