Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside on a paper towel to drain.
In the same skillet, add olive oil and chicken pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until chicken is golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, and bring to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce begins to thicken.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the cooked pasta and bacon back into the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta and chicken evenly with the sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
