  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cold buttermilk
  • 1 pound cheese curds
  • Oil for frying, about 2 quarts vegetable or canola oil
  • Preferred dipping sauce for serving

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
