Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly over the dough. Then sprinkle Italian seasoning over the cheese.
Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
Remove the bread from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and cut into 16 breadsticks. Enjoy warm, sprinkled with parsley. Optionally, serve with marinara sauce on the side.
