Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pizza dough at room temperature
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • Marinara sauce for dipping, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F and lightly grease a baking sheet with a bit of butter or oil.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12x10-inch rectangle.

  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder in a small bowl, then brush evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly over the dough. Then sprinkle Italian seasoning over the cheese.

  • Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
