Ingredients
  

  • 2 small garlic cloves minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon anchovy paste plus more to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
