Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Juice of 1 lemon optional, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, and mustard until smooth.

  • Brush or spoon the glaze evenly over the salmon.

  • Bake for 12-16 minutes, until the fish flakes easily and develops a rich, brown color.
  • Remove the baking dish from the oven, cover the salmon loosely with foil, and let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
