Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, and mustard until smooth.
Brush or spoon the glaze evenly over the salmon.
Bake for 12-16 minutes, until the fish flakes easily and develops a rich, brown color.
Remove the baking dish from the oven, cover the salmon loosely with foil, and let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each fillet, if desired, and serve immediately.
