- 1 head broccoli chopped into bite-sized florets
- 1 head cauliflower chopped into bite-sized florets
- 1/2 small red onion diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli and cauliflower mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Add the sunflower seeds and crumbled bacon to the salad and gently toss to combine.
Serve chilled. Enjoy!
