Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups steamed or boiled broccoli finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking sheet
  • Preferred dipping sauce for serving

Instructions
 

  • Place the broccoli, eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and vegetable oil in a bowl.

  • Stir the mixture until everything is well combined.
