Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar divided
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 cups fresh blackberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Pour melted butter into a 9x9-inch baking dish.
    Buttermilk, eggs, blackberries, flour, and baking ingredients for blackberry cobbler.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together flour, 1 cup sugar, the baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir in milk until just combined.

  • Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish without stirring.
