Ingredients
  

  • 8 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, diced onion, diced bell pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  • Pour the egg mixture into a greased 9-inch square baking dish.
