Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 pounds russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into sticks about 1/4 inch wide and 3 inches long.
