Ingredients
  

  • 14.75 ounces canned salmon drained and flaked
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray for air fryer

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the drained and flaked salmon, egg, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, dried dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
    Cream cheese, egg, and seasoning ingredients for baking bread or muffins in a glass mixing bowl.
  • Divide the salmon mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray and place the patties in the basket, ensuring they are not touching for even cooking.

  • Cook in the air fryer at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, or until the patties are golden brown and cooked through.
