Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the pan partially, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the quinoa is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the honey. Divide the porridge into bowls. Top with fresh berries or other fruit and serve warm.
