Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shallot and cook until softened; add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then, add the kale and sauté for 5-7 minutes.

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed kale. Toss gently to mix. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper.
