Combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and baking powder in one bowl. Separately, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and oil. Add eggs to the sugar mixture and mix.  Add the applesauce.

With the mixer on low speed, add 1/3 of the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, followed by half of the apple cider. Continue alternating.

Pour the batter into the Bundt pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the cake is done. A toothpick inserted in the center of the cake will come out mostly clean.
